TirhutWala.com is committed to delivering the finest quality Makhana, sourced directly from the fertile lands of Bihar. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that our premium Makhana reaches our customers across the globe in a timely and cost-effective manner. We prioritize secure packaging to maintain the freshness and quality of our products throughout the delivery process.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

At TirhutWala.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Makhana, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Refund & Cancellation Policy TirhutWala.com

At TirhutWala.com, we take pride in delivering premium-quality Makhana and other food products. Due to the nature of food items, we follow a strict but fair refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction.

1. No Return / No Refund on Food Products

  • All products sold on TirhutWala.com are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

  • This is because our products are perishable food items and cannot be resold once opened or delivered.

2. Refunds in Case of Damaged or Incorrect Products

A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is expired

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent)

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos of:

    • The damaged/incorrect product

    • The outer packaging

    • Invoice/order details

4. Verification & Approval

  • Our team will verify the claim within 2–3 working days

  • Once approved, we will initiate:

    • Replacement, or

    • Refund, depending on availability and situation

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment gateway

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and dispatched

  • Cancellation requests before dispatch may be considered on a case-to-case basis
